ORCHESTRATED DELIVERY
USPS wanted to announce all the changes they were making to improve their service, so we created a story around orchestration, showing how the many pieces of USPS move seamlessly together to ensure every delivery is perfectly orchestrated.
DELIVERY TAKEOUT MENU
Due to the pandemic, restaurant owners lost their personal connection with local customers. To help them reconnect, we turned their attention to mail. Specifically, Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), a USPS service that targets different postal routes by age, income, and other key demographics.
Since EDDM makes finding customers as easy as finding your next meal, we created a mail piece disguised as a takeout menu that did just that and more. We then brought it to life with a Grubhub-style app that let restaurant owners order up customers as if they were ordering up lunch. After all, what better way to connect than through the love of food?
